The Miniature Painters, Sculptors & Gravers Society
of Washington, D.C. (MPSGS) celebrates its
85th INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION
OF FINE ART IN MINIATURE

Miniature art is a unique art form based on minute scale that traces its roots back to the book paintings and illuminated manuscripts of the 7th century. A work of fine art in miniature is a particularly personal object that draws the viewer into a very intimate world. The MPSGS juried art show is one of the oldest and largest miniature events in the USA, and what better place to hold this amazing exhibition than at the beautiful and historic Mansion at Strathmore where over 800 tiny masterpieces will be on display and for sale.
