Framed:

Living in the northeastern part of the U.S. and surrounded by deciduous forests enables me to only see snippets of the land and small pockets of blue. Whenever I travel out west I am transfixed by the panoramic views presented in almost every direction. My latest trip westward resulted in this realistic abstraction of the unique and formidable rock formations found in this land of vast sky and realm of the cougar.

Big Sky Country will be featured in the Artists for Conservation's 2nd Annual International Exhibition at the Hiram Blauvelt Art Museum, Oradell, NJ, September 16th through December 20th, 2009.
